Efficacy of Exosome Adipose-Derived Stem Cells (ACSs-Exosome) on Skin Flaps Transplantation in Plastic Surgery: A Systematic Literature Review

نویسندگان

چکیده

Background: Exosomes are a small subset of extracellular vesicles with size about 50 nm – 200 nm, which found in many body fluids. The exosome is rich various proteins and cargo that carries out the process transporting between cells context cell communication. This becomes potential new therapeutic modality triggering modulation activity target so ACSs-Exosome to modulate skin flap transplantation repair plastic surgery.
Methods: literature search was carried databases (PubMed, Web Sciences, EMBASE, Cochrane Libraries, Google Scholar) regarding use ASCs-exosome surgery cases.
Results: A total 5 studies were included this systematic review. In general, administration more effective percentage survival area than placebo group. There 3 state effectiveness 70 percent compared group, only range 30-40 percent.
Conclusion: has be developed improve rate case surgery.

Implications for human adipose-derived stem cells in plastic surgery

Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) are a subset of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) that possess many of the same regenerative properties as other MSCs. However, the ubiquitous presence of ADSCs and their ease of access in human tissue have led to a burgeoning field of research. The plastic surgeon is uniquely positioned to harness this technology because of the relative frequency in which they pe...

Adipose-Derived Stem Cells Improve Efficacy of Melanocyte Transplantation in Animal Skin

Vitiligo is a pigmentary disorder induced by a loss of melanocytes. In addition to replacement of pure melanocytes, cocultures of melanocytes with keratinocytes have been used to improve the repigmentation outcome in vitiligo treatment. We previously identified by in vitro studies, that adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) could be a potential substitute for keratinocytes in cocultures with melan...

Spermatogenesis after transplantation of adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells in busulfan-induced azoospermic hamster

Objective(s): Adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AT-MSCs) with more potent immunomodulatory effects, greater proliferative potential and secretion of growth factors and cytokines in comparison with bone marrow derived MSCs are more appropriate for cell therapy. The aims of the present study were to evaluate the histomorphometric effect of AT-MSCs allotransplantation on regeneration ...

P47: Effects of Adipose Derived Stem Cells Transplantation on Locomotor Activity and Imbalance in Parkinson Model of Rats

Parkinson disease is a neurological disorder accompanied by degeneration of dopaminergic system and neuronal loss. Recently studies have focused on stem cells therapy, therefore the goal of this study was to investigate the effect of adipose derived stem cells grafting, on locomotion and imbalance in Parkinson model of rats. Twenty-four male Wistar rats weighing 200-250 g were divided into thre...

The Effect of Transplantation of Collagen Hydrogel with Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells on Burn Wound Healing in Rats

Background: Cell therapy is one of the most challenging methods in the healing of burn wounds in the world. The present study aimed to determine the effect of collagen hydrogel with adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells on burn wound healing in an animal model. Materials and Methods: The present study was experimentally performed on 24 Wistar rats. Burn wounds were created on the skin of rats...
